Well, these items now drop from treasure boxes, and they can be enchanted later (as I know, these enchants are not implented yet). ! First any of these items can be enchanted with two (first and second) enchantment stones: ! +1;+2 or +3 to any stat you choose ! 1% or 2% MAtk/Atk incresde ! +200 or +300 HP ! +3/+6/+9 DEF ! You can choose what property you want to enchant the item with. The effectivness of enchant (i.e. the nubmer of stat/DEF/HP/ATK given) is random. ! If you refine an item to +8 or more, you can put the third stone by your choice: ! +3 to any stat ! +2% Atk/Matk ! HP+300 ! Def+9 ! If you refine an item to +9 or more, you can put the third stone by your choice ! +4 to any stat ! +3% Atk/Matk ! +12 DEF ! If you refine an item to +10 or more, you can put the third stone ! +6 to any stat Note that the last three of described enchants are all in the third stone, so you can only have one of them. All the old Bucklers, Mufflers, etc. are refined to +1, so they cannot by used for enchantments.

InuTaisho, when administration fixed Dark Lord Card, players were shoked like you. They gave a lot of other variants, that won't hurt this card so much, but unfortunatly our administration usually don't listen to players. So we can just hope, that someday Dark Lord Card will work correct.

I had the same problem with Turkish language format (Control Panel -> Regional and Language -> Formats -> Format), but the problem disappears when I change it to any other - for example, English (Canada). I've reported about this problem to developers, but can't say anything about the fix yet.
