Can someone forge an earth stunner? I have all required materials, but I can't find a forger.

When I came to this server I thought I will enjoy slow leveling, but this server's rates don't show that you will have to work hard to get high lvl. I've created a char on friday and on saturday I already was a monk.

My job lvl was 50, not 40. And I'm noob.

Am I the only not who can't connect to the server at the moment?
