My friend has done morroc22 quest accidently:p and now he can't go in to morroc21 . do u know anythnig to solve that problem ??

If they did Continental Guard Quest to moc_fild22, that they already will not get to moc_fild21.
Decision of problem only one - to do Continental Guard Quest -

Maybe you can finish the continental guard quest and then start it again to get to field 21?
