Bill: So hunters are bitching about warriors and shamans, every other class is bitching about warlocks. We've also received numerous videos of warlocks soloing 5-10 people at once. Though they usually die when a warrior with heals comes in. What are we gonna do?
John: warlock is fien, warrior is fine, they all need to l2p.
Lance: But rogues die in less than 3 seconds when jumped by a warrior. And their energy regeneration rate is way too slow to match any class in damage or even use most of their skills when they're needed in pvp. Warrior's have a variety of ways to always have enough rage to keep the DPS going.
John: lol u dont even play rogues. warrior fine. warlock fine. l2p
Bill: Maybe we should give other classes some better moves to be able to compete with warriors and warlocks. Suggestions?
John: I play a warlock, and so do the rest of us, except for Nancy with his priest and the guys at the head office with their warriors, they said if we fuck with warriors we're all fired.
John: Let's nerf paladins.
George: Nerf paladins.
Mike: Yeah, nerf paladins!
Alex: Yeah! And maybe if we don't fuck with their skills and just move the talents around so that they can't heal and battle at the same time - perhaps they won't notice.
Nancy: Great idea Alex, oh and I hate their fucking bubble, let's do something about that. My priest can beat any paladin as long as they don't bubble. Bill, I have this great idea for a new skill. Let's call it Counter Bubble, at level 10 it will steal the bubble from the paladin and do 500 Shadow Damage for every second the bubble was active.
Bill: But then all the paladins will start whining, we gotta make it look like it's useful against every class and not just paladins. How about we call it Circle of Cleansing and it will remove all negative effects from your allies and positive effects from enemies?
Geralt: But Bill, aren't paladin's bubbles a blessing from god that not even the strongest bosses can pierce? Not even Illidan or Kael.. or even the Lich King in the next expansion? Wouldn't it be kind of unfair for a single priest to remove such divine power?
Nancy: But I can't beat paladins with their cooldowns ready, QQ! We gotta do something!
Bill: Alright, here it goes, Nancy is gonna QQ again about his priest. Let's give him his skill so he shuts up and completely fuck up the paladin talent tree. And if people keep on bitching about warlocks, we'll just increase paladin's cooldowns.
John: Sounds great.
George: Right on.
Nancy: QQ.. thanks guys
Fred: Haha, I can't wait to tell my friend that his pally got nerfed again, he's gonna be so pissed. Now that I think about it, I hear he's been talking shit about warlocks lately, let's decrease paladin's holy damage by just a little, so I can rub it in his face even more. As an excuse we'll write in the patch notes that paladin's holy damage has been fixed to work the way it was originally intended to. Everyone down? Bill?
Bill: Alright, so nerf holy damage, talent tree and give priests anti-bubble. This has been a very productive meeting.
Lance: Rogues? Faster energy regen? Anyone?
Bill: Lance, stfu before we nerf backstab and stealth again.
