Если верить буржуям, то NPC в западной части айотаи.

1 Spool
1 Holy Water

These are to make the Holy Thread you need.

Get the items, talk to her again and she'll hand over a Holy Thread. Head out of the city and to the east map. Along the ravine there is Puraim who will grant you "access" to the first part of the dungeon if you have the Holy Thread.
