Does socks with holes have a quest ?

I heard that if you give 3 socks with holes to someone you get something else, but to who to give them ? I want to participate in the quest also ^^

Go to the lutie town(use santa in al de baran). There is a big house with 2 entrance teleports just a lil bit up from the center of the map, you wont miss it. Enter it and talk with another santa, he will give you gift box for 3 socks.

You should go to Santa in Lutie.
1)Go to Aldebaran.
2)There is a Santa, who will warp you to Lutie.
You can find him stanfing right from the clock tower.
3)At Lutie, at first map you go North.
4)At second map(city it self) you should for a house with 2 portals at the middle of a map.
5)Congratulation, you found him.
Second way is to buy warp to Santa from some acolyte/priest.
