So I have all these special cards like pupa card and stuff. If I use them to they last forever ? Or just for a few minutes ?

Card, once inserted, add their effect forever. But you can't extract card from item, so be careful... so, some actions can destroy item, upgrade over safe level, for example. so usually good practice to upgrade item first, then insert card into...
PS: and choose stuff to card inserting carefully too. expensive cards, like pupa, better looks in fine armor... -

the price of pupa card is about 700.000+ but advice you to save it, even you need no card this time, for future application...

oh nooooo! A guy was hunting me to sell it to him and he told me it's only 30k nooooooooooooo . I kinda realized he was cheating after he wanted to buy all my stuff that was a little bit over 100k and he only offered 10k ... well ... after I found out from you I was really sad so I went and I fought creamys from the last hour so I got a new one , but noooooooooo! that cheater
