About recent 8.5 bans (Battle Manual and Bubblegum trade exploit). It's true that we are to be blamed for missing a bug, so everyone who has been banned for recent exploit will be unbanned on 1st December. Instead of permanent ban, these bans will be converted to temporary and WILL go to "ban counter". Also, all Battle Manuals and Bubblegums will be confiscated.
About Reset. Right now we are working on post-rebalance skill mechanics. Fortunately, we have sufficient information for that. Once skills will work as intended, reset will be available. I hope everyone remembers the conditions of Reset. *Free one-time stat reset will be available for everyone and skill reset will be available for everyone who didn't used it earlier. There is no time limit for this reset. *Reset won't be available for characters created or reborned after 15.October.2011 because they already had ability to allocate stats/skills for Renewal mechanics. Thats not all. According to numerous requests from players, we decided to give *a second skill reset for everyone, who used it before. Nevertheless, this reset will be available temporarily and will cost some zeny. *approximately 20kk and two weeks.

UPD: There is no time limit for one-time stat/skill reset.
