Vendor status problem

after last changes at website, i cant use vendor status. i tried alot of time but i dont see any results. i tried at ie,firefox and opera both same error. Can you pls help me? its about catchpa problem.

deepmountain, well shift+ctrl+R to reload the page works for me (clear cache, cookies and relogin is also worth to try). Maybe that will help.

i tried what you write but it doesnt work. now also i cant switch language. it s in russian now.

Looks like you're not the only one. Other people also have a similar poblem.

I m mostly using firefox and your solutions are not working. i will try on another browsers and write here.
P.S: i tried both ie, opera and firefox but still same problem. no vendor system working and also switch language is not working.

Silly question, but are you typing the correct codes in the field? Could be a reason of your problem.

i think your answer is silly. is it possible for all people who doesnt use it? its not wrong typing it is about website scripts i think. and vendor system is not the only problem. also switchlanguage is not working. is it also about wrong typing

Firefox 3.6.18 and Safari on iphone, not sure which version it is.

i m using firefox 3.6.18 i dont understand what is the problem. i will try kaspersky turn off. maybe it is the problem.
Now i can use vendor status but still has problem with switchlanguage. it has started after i deleted cookies and temp files. is there any way to select language with any .bat file or any registry? i think webmaster read this thread and made a change. i call to him, pls fix switchlang problem.

Guys, i finally find the problem. the problem is that i m using old site link www. motronline .com in my browser tab bar. when i open <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.motr-online.com">http://www.motr-online.com</a><!-- m --> i have no problem. it s about the website link. if you have problem like me just type <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.motr-online.com">http://www.motr-online.com</a><!-- m -->.
