Very good build, but it does not contain "Increase SP Recovery", "Magic Crasher" and "Gravitational Field". You won't be able to damage an Impelium on WoE without "Gavitational Field". Do you really want to take "Meteor Storm" and "Lord of Vermillion" both? Maybe you need to choose one thing only? "SP Recovery" - is a very nice skill and I would feel less confident if I did not have it. Аnd for what purposes do you need such skill as "Fire Bolt 10 lvl"? Probably, 4 level of this skill is already sufficient. Then you can take SP Recovery instead it. Stats - ok, but you should adjust the value of Int and Vit, depending on your equipment.

Honestly, the build looks fine. He doesn't need grav field, magic crasher, or sp recovery. They're useful skills, as is napalm vulcan and a maxed soul strike, but you only have so many skill points.

Also, lv 10 firebolt has a purpose: killing people who are weak to fire attacks. Imp cards, anyone?

if we talk about WoE build, gravitational field must be in this build. If u are skillfull wizard u don't need to use Gravational field against only emp, just apply players who has gtb or high mdef=)

Someone who has GTB - has SO much pots that 1200 grav damage is nothing to him.
High mdef - pallys and Hpriests - also don't really sensitive to grav damage.
And grav needs at least sacra + druid, coz you need to channel the spell for all it's duration.

The problem is that with "cumulative damage" you can sometimes deal more good to the enemy than to your own guild.
Especially with GTB+Ghostring users - Lex Aeterna is crucial for Asuras, as well as freeze. Both of them are negated by grav damage.
You want 2400 damage on 20k hp pal, or you want 40k damage on him?
High mdefers and bug-wearers are not HWiz's prey.
Yet if you're planning lots of def involved - why not? Especially for low-int HW.

EDP cross rapes emp much faster than grav)
But if you're on sacra in emp room, have nothing more to do and noone provokes you all the time - why not?
But isn't it easier to just ganba+amp+SG all the people near emp?)
I see HW as heavy damage support on emp, not damage dealer.
LK in bers will scream like a child when you cast quagmire on him and cancel quicken.
As with SinX - if he's EDP'ed and he's not from your guild - I'd prefer safety+quag on emp till he's taken care of.
And than your damage-dealers will break the emp.
GTB's - if it's something Low vit + Orc Hero - knife with 4 magnolies and Crash him all the time. Damage is minimal, but curse can cause lots of troubles.
In lotteries where there's lots of people - even Plankton can be usefull. After Sleep [even if it's broken via next damage] - it's goddamn hard to click on the emp again since there a lot of people around it and /NC command don't work on WOE.
