I can only recommend My-Xchange as PayPal to WMZ convertation method. Commission is 17% (which is sad), but it works fine. You may find other exchange websites, but they might be unreliable.

it is not necessary to use PayPal's conversion system. Use conversions of your bank, which credit card do you have.
As usual, it has lower comission, thn the Pay Pal's comission.
I use this method.
