I have Acolyte High ,where and how I can change to Arc Bishop.
what are my options?
btw,How much jobs levels have to Arc Bishop? -
First you have to jobchange into High Priest. As far as I remember, you need at least 45 Job Level.
Talk with the book in Yuno (It's the same book you used for rebirth), you will be warped to Valhalla. Talk to High Priest npc there. -
You can become Arch Bishop after you got your High Priest into 99/70, and to become a Arch Bishop you have to talk with an NPC (Named "3rd Class") in the New World Camp (You dont need to make the quest to new world, just ask some priest to warp you there) and he will change you to your 3rd profession.

Ok,
And you get your previous build(status+skills) after you change to 3rd class? -
yes, 1st and 2nd class skills won't change. status points from job will be zeroed. to compensate that a special ring will be given to you which adds stats. also you will get hp/sp pool increase bonus.
