Question About New Year Hats

Hi! my question is why that the new year hats cannot be trade or mailed? all Motr Party Hats can available. but why not these new year ones? i have 5 acc and my one has wiz and it has a hat that not useful for wiz. and my merchant's hat usefull for my wiz but i cant carry out from that acc. it s the worse thing. is there any changes about it? is there any small chance that can be similar usage like motr party hats? i really thanksfull if you fix it.

Because everyone has opportunity to take one hat. And a lot of people have taken hats for their accounts (it can be 1 or 15). And if we can sell it.. imagine how much hats have only 1 people and how much money it is)

so Why do MOTR Party Hats open to trade?

Added: Or we should find a way to transfer hats between accounts. Or open a vote pool and make moves according to results.

You could buy any New Year hat for 3.8kk with a merchant's discount. If you really need it, it's not too much. But now they are not available anymore. And those gift hats won't be available for trading. MOTR hats, Romantic Roses, etc are unique though. And at first, they were given to those, who bought tickets for MOTR Party in Moscow. They are not gifts.

New Year Hats: Everyone could get them for free. Same hats were available at Hugel Kafra Shop for 5kk (price without discount) and they are tradable.
MOTR party hats: Only people who bought ticket to MOTR Party could get a hat.
