Maybe it would be wise for GMs to get some English speaking keepers then? I don't see what the problem is, really. I'm sure there would be more than enough people willing to help.

The issue with lack of the English speaking keepers has been raised in one of the Russian speaking forums.

Mama Mia, did you read Sergey Lukianenko's novel "Spectrum"? I'm not sure that there is a translation of this book into English, but I would advise to read this book for best understanding who is "keeper". Keepers are aliens, who are able to travel between planets through portals (StarGates). Keepers provide unrestricted access to the Gates for all who are willing, but payment for their use is an unusual story told to a keeper by the traveler ("путник" in Russian).

i don't understand , why did people write a long explanation,that's confusing. instead of just saying ; '' No, Foreign player must be super-premium to make 2x mob , just like all players

It's because if you wrote short answer everyone would think "what a short stupid answer" and will ask a million new stupid questions about your answer.
If nobody understood what you're answered, then there will be no new questions.

You forgot one little thing. They didn't have to learn travelling language, the knowledge of it was provided.
